These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website ridewithmilan.com (the "Site") and any transfer or transportation services ("Services") provided by RideWithMilan ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a ride, contacting us, or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. About Us

RideWithMilan is a premium transfer service based in Milan, Italy, offering airport transfers, city transfers, business transfers, and custom transfers, with a fleet including sedans, vans, and minivans.

2. Bookings

• Bookings can be made through our Site, WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or phone.
• You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations, date, time, number of passengers, and, for airport transfers, correct flight details.
• Prices quoted are fixed at the time of confirmed booking, subject to accuracy of the information you provide (e.g., destination, passenger count, luggage).

3. Flight Tracking and Waiting Time

• For airport transfers, we monitor your flight and adjust pickup time accordingly in the event of delays.
• We provide up to 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport from your flight's actual landing time, unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional waiting time beyond the free period may incur extra charges, communicated to you at the time.

4. Pricing and Payment

• We offer fixed pricing with no hidden fees, based on the information provided at booking.
• Additional charges may apply for changes such as extra stops, additional waiting time, or increased luggage/passengers not disclosed at booking.
• Payment methods and terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations or changes to a booking should be communicated as early as possible via WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone.
• Cancellations made with insufficient notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee, communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes, subject to driver and vehicle availability.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of abusive behavior, safety risks, or violation of these Terms, without refund.

7. Vehicles and Drivers

• Our vehicles are professionally maintained and fully insured.
• Our drivers are licensed professionals.
• Vehicle type (sedan, van, or minivan) is assigned based on passenger count and any special requests made at booking.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RideWithMilan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, missed flights, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as traffic, weather, or airport conditions). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transfer giving rise to the claim.

9. Lost Items

RideWithMilan is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to return any items found, but cannot guarantee recovery.

10. Third-Party Communication Tools

We use third-party platforms, including WhatsApp and Telegram, to communicate with customers and confirm bookings. Use of these platforms is subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy practices.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of RideWithMilan and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
